    Wang Cars only has the cars after they are unlocked so if you used the cheat method it won't have any there forgot to mention that sorry.

    elegents dont work you may use a Jester, Elegy, Sultan, Stratum, Flash or a Uranus. Most of them are at Wang Cars and a jester spawns behind the garage but is locked sometimes so you need to use a tow truck or tractor to get it to a garage at a safe house then after it's been in a closed garage it will be unlocked when it is repaired.
